Lewa Wilderness

Lewa Wildlife Conservancy – Kenya

A Timeless Safari

A sense of ‘home’ awaits from the moment you arrive. The Lewa Wildlife Conservancy is a pioneer in protecting both wildlife and community whilst showing guests an unforgettable safari experience.

Situated on 65,000 acres of pristine wilderness, the conservancy is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is also renowned for having one of the strongest populations of white and black rhinoceros in Kenya.

6 thatched cottages are built into the hillside and a further 3 are set in the garden. All boast a sizeable open plan living area complete with fireplace. They offer a cosy and rustic private stay for both couples and families. Exploring Lewa by foot, horseback or 4×4 vehicle is only surpassed by viewing it from above in their yellow WACO bi-plane! A bush gym with incredible views and a yoga deck and tennis court will keep you fit! Walking Wild fly-camping gives guests a more intimate wildlife experience. Sleep in remote locations and have your luggage carried by camels!
